Open a wallet pair. One onboarding, two wallets, one corridor.

Pick a sender country and a receiver country, drop in an email + UPI/bank handle, and the server issues a pair_id with both wallet handles. The Idempotency-Key middleware enforces single-write semantics · submit twice with the same key, the response is replayed.
